Barb bought Freedom shortly after losing her AKC Grand Champion award winning, talking, skateboarding Cairn Terrier named "Dezi" died from cancer.
Freedom was there for Barb during a tough long grieving process, and knew how to mend a heart in need. There is something special about Freedom, she has that "special something" that only a Therapy Dog has.
We knew it would take a mate with that equal "spark of extra ordinary" that would give the world a little more love in a huggable muppet for a few lucky people. Rarely do we meet a dog, who has the magic that Freedom has within her.
Freedom's first litter was August 2021. "Baby Daddy" Olivander is a gorgeous Irish Setter and Standard Poodle that Barb bought from Eva Hochettler in Ohio. Eva's Irish Setters are beautiful and have excellent AKC Conformation. Ollie (the first, we have another Ollie, his son you will meet later) lives with his people in Wooster. A family with two very active boys, Ollie is happy to go wherever they go, and do whatever they do.
One of Ollie's sons, is named Carbon. Affectionately nicknamed "Carby- Doo" and enjoying the best life, he and his human Caitlin go swimming, hiking, Jeep rides with the top down, and going to college. Carbon will be a daddy when he is old enough to drive.
Ollie II (Ollie the second!) lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with his human Ally. Ally visits her twin sister in Columbus when she has vacation time. Ollie II is stunning, and when he reaches driving age, will be a baby daddy to "Sally Wally Doodle" in Hermantown, Minnesota. Sally is a Setter-Doodle, and her first litter is now 2 yrs old, all of them are that perfect size, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds.
Freedom and Barb are both on another chapter in life. Barb let Freedom go to a great family friend of Melissa's. Karen and her kids adore Freedom. After the second litter, Freedom was spayed. She is officially retired from being a working Mom.
