Our puppies are raised using methods that equal or exceed the standards of the highly regarded AKC Breeder of Merit breeders in the American Kennel Club.

 The advanced skill set each puppy receives can never be replicated by most of the well-meaning puppy customers who expect the world from their new little best friend.

The majority of puppies being sold today never see the level of socialization and enrichment we give to each puppy.  Each puppy is expertly trained by Ms Barb Lefever,and each individual pups are like one in a million.





Once they are old enough to walk, play and see and smell, they go for car rides through normal daily things such as car washes and the drive through banks.

Noises such as thunder, hammering, drilling and vacuums won't scare the pups, because they are all raised indoors where they witness everyday life.  When we are outdoors, the puppies also spend the day outdoors watching everything we do. 

They have been taught good manners, and with Barb's Dog Logic training, the pups learn Bite Inhibition and Bite Suppression.  Puppies who never learn about this are frequent clients who call Ms Barb to help stop the biting and nipping, for untrained wild out-of-control adolescent dogs.  Ms Barb imprints on your new pup, the importance of keeping those sharp teeth away from human hands.

Since they are raised indoors in our homes, they are taught "Leave It" for example, we use it to teach pups about shoes by the back door.  "Leave It" is a command that really seems to be lacking in many over-indulged pampered pooches that don't get the training you appreciate.

Through shaping and enrichment, the puppies prefer to chew only the dog toys and Elk Antlers and beef bones they are given.

Social Enrichment goes beyond meeting and greeting people of all ages and sizes.  Dog-Dog language can only be learned when centered, grounded, well-trained, well-rounded balanced adult dogs interact with the babies.  At Barbs' Dog Logic doggie camp, the babies learn how to properly say "hello" to dogs they meet for the first time.

Not all dogs appreciate puppies, and Ms Barb's socially balanced adult dogs help teach your puppy to discern between a dog who wants to play and a dog who wants nothing to do with rambunctious puppies. 

Barb's Dog Logic is where the real training takes place, in the wooded fenced in playground at her home on  Camp Road.  Training and shaping goes beyond a simple set of commands.  Sit, Come, Off, Kennel Up, Let's Go, All done, WAIT, Down, This way, W-A-I-T. . . . Okay, let's go! ..... these are a handful of the 350 words learned in a dog's lifetime.
